Chinese almonds or otherwise known as ‘Apricot Kernels’ is well-known in traditional Chinese medicine to have respiratory healing qualities. Unlike others, we do ‘not’ add other powdered ingredients to facilitate the ease of grinding and reduce moisture %. We insist to keep it 100% Pure Almond and include a deoxidiser sachet to naturally reduce moisture levels.

Almond powder can be added to any hot or cold milk, soy milk, coffee, tea, cereal snacks, salads, fried rice or noodles for extra flavour and nutrition.
